What are the dates and venue of 51st edition of IHGF-Delhi Fair 2021
The dates are 19-23 May, 2021 at India Expo Center & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, India.
Whether the fair being held both Physically or Virtually?
Yes, the fair will be organized physically at India Expo Center & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, India and virtually at www.ihgfdelhifair.in
Are all necessary precautions for organizing a physical show have been taken care of?
Yes, a safe and healthy business environment as per SOPs laid down by the Government of India is being provided.
What are the charges for participation in physical form at India Expo Centre & Mart?
Owing to the current pandemic situation, the fair has been restructured and will be held in permanent mart area. The charges towards participation are Rs. 4000/- +18% GST per Sq. Mts. Do exhibitor has to pay for directory entry form or Web Media Charges?

What are the charges for participation in a virtual mode?

Can an exhibitor participate both physically as well as virtually?
Yes, subject to payment of charges for both the modes.
What are the SOPs for exhibitors for participation?
The following are SOPs to be followed by exhibitors during the fair:
1. Aarogya Setu Mobile App is recommended for all the persons manning the stall and is mandatory for the ones with a smart-phone.
2. All the stalls should have hand sanitizers. They should ensure that a sufficient gap (of two yards) is maintained at all time between the people manning the stall. All the personnel at the stall should use Face Mask at all times.
3. Every stall should have a covered dustbin.
4. To maintain physical distancing the number of individuals that can be permitted in any given stall/booth at any particular time may be moderated such that the latest MHA/MoHFW guidelines on physical distancing are complied with. This will also need to be moderated by exhibitor for the customer depending on the size of its stall and open interface for interaction with the customers.
5. Exhibitors should encourage Digital Payment Options.
