With an objective to organise Textiles India with strong representation from the entire textiles industry, spanning from handicrafts to textiles and apparel, the Ministry of Textiles is taking the new show concept to major craft concentration hubs across the nation. Textiles India’s inaugural edition is scheduled from 30th June to 2nd July 2017 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This mega exhibition is to showcase India’s strength
in the entire textile and apparel value chain, right from fibre to fashion. EPCH made its strong presence felt at the home fashion event entitled Ambiente India and Heimtextil India co-organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India and Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 20–22 June, 2017. Over 190 companies from six countries including India, Bangladesh, China, Korea, Nepal and Thailand with top home fashion players such as D’décor, Welspun, Reliance, Raymond, AWKenox Steel, Fair Houseware, Organic Home, Lifestyles 360 Degree, Gomaads amongst others showcased next season’s interior décor and home textiles collections during the three day event.....more
