The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the first ever ‘The India Toy Fair’ virtual, on 27th February at via video conferencing. He interacted with artisans from Channapatna in Karnataka, Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh and Jaipur in Rajasthan. On 18th March 2021, Mr. Ravi K Passi, Chairman, EPCH; and Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General, EPCH, visited the Handicraft Technical Training Program at Nerti/Rait, District - Kangra to observe the progress. Mr. Passi interacted with the artisans and motivated them. Both the dignitaries saw the products which are being developed during the program.
